By puchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These T's&C's also apply to our facebook page and any other social media account used by Sassy Giraffe.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not access this website or any of our other accounts, These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations.

Prices

All prices are in Great British Pounds and do not include postage. 

Prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change at any time. Any inputting errors/typos are not required to be honoured.  If an error is discovered at any time regarding goods you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, where we will amend your order to the correct price or give you the option to cancel. 

Special offers will clearly display an expiry date.

Invoicing

When a purchase has been made and recieved by us you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order. 

Any contract for purchases made through this website will be with Sassy Giraffe.

Items will not be sent out until payments have been made in full.

We accept card payments only via the website.

Personalised Items

Please note once your order is placed an a confirmation email has been sent to you we cannot change any personalised items details, so please double check that the personalisation requirements are correct before proceeding to the checkout.

Some personalised items are made on site, others are ordered in from outside suppliers and which will delay the speed in which we like to process our orders as we wait for delivery to us before we can post the item to you or arrange collection.

If a short time frame is required or an item needed urgently please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you.
